Missouri is seeking an experienced corporate transactional associate with some experience in bankruptcy desired. The ideal candidate will have 1- 5 years of substantive experience, to include:

• Business-related agreements;
• Mergers and acquisitions;
• Real estate transactions;
• Banking;
