Corporate Associate

Mathis, Marifian & Richter, Ltd. with offices in Belleville, Edwardsville and Nashville, Illinois and Clayton and Perryville. Missouri is seeking an experienced corporate transactional associate. The ideal candidate will have at least 1- 3 years of substantive experience, to include:

• Business-related agreements;
• Mergers and acquisitions; 
• Real estate transactions; 
• Estate planning.
