Manuel Mayoral is an associate attorney at MM&R, focusing his practice on estate planning, trust and estate administration, and fiduciary litigation. He drafts a broad range of essential estate planning documents and prepares pleadings, motions, and memoranda in matters involving alleged breaches of fiduciary duty.

 

Before earning his law degree, Manuel worked as a clinician providing case management services for the Texas Department of Family Protective Services and several nonprofit organizations. His background reflects a strong and enduring commitment to supporting vulnerable individuals and families.

 

While in law school, Manuel served for two years as a summer associate with a local St. Louis law firm and worked as a student clerk for the Honorable Philip M. Hess of the Missouri Court of Appeals. He was also a lead editor of the Saint Louis University Journal of Health Law & Policy. In addition, Manuel participated in the Saint Louis University Removal Defense Project: Sheltering Vulnerable Immigrant Families and Children, assisting refugees with removal defense matters.
