Ms. Allyson T. Schwab is a shareholder at Mathis, Marifian & Richter, Ltd. focusing her practice on Business Law, Estate Planning/Administration and Real Estate Law. Ally’s experience in all facets of the estate planning process include the creation of wills, trusts, powers of attorneys, estate and trust administration (including probate), and preparation of Illinois and Federal estate tax return (Form 706). Ally also focuses her practice on business transactions for both small and large companies. These services including small business succession planning, entity formation, reorganizations, sales, mergers, and acquisitions. Ally serves clients in a variety of industries, including farming, information technology, automotive, HVAC, plumbing, healthcare, and real estate. Since 2022, Ally has been named by Super Lawyers as a Rising Star in the Business & Corporate practice area. Ally was born and raised in the Belleville area and thoroughly enjoys being able to assist individuals in her community with their legal needs.
